The Meeting of the Minds: I Am Me Inc. Chairs Meet, and the Ideas Are Amazing

The ideas are flowing at I Am Me Inc. as our Chairs recently came together for a meeting of the minds to discuss what’s ahead for the organization. With expansion, new events, collaborations, and stronger community connections on the agenda, 2027 is already shaping up to be an exciting year. Marcus Gordon, Chair of I Am Me Inc. Philly, will spearhead the organization’s first Philadelphia staple event beginning in January 2027. His focus will be connecting I Am Me Inc. with LGBTQ+ leaders, organizations, and community partners throughout Philadelphia and across Pennsylvania, with an emphasis on collaboration and introducing more people to the mission and work of I Am Me Inc.

Meanwhile, Andre Harris, Chair of the INBLK Subsidiary, has already hit the ground running with a full 2027 itinerary of programming and events in development. Dates and details will be announced soon, and INBLK even has a 2026 event already on the books, so stay tuned! The goal is to continue growing INBLK into a space for connection, visibility, conversation, networking, and collaboration within the Black LGBTQ+ community.

The I Am Me Inc. Corporate Board is also preparing for a major 2027 return with our restructured and upscaled holiday experience, Winter Reign: Royalty Gala. For the first few months of 2027, access will be invite-only for I Am Me Inc. Boards, Committee Leads, Community Partners, volunteers, and subscribers, with a limited number of public tickets expected to become available sometime in April 2027. This will be a limited-ticket, upscale experience, so expect ticket prices to reflect the level of the event. More details are coming!
